Business card maker
Eight designs at the standard 3.5 × 2 inch trim, with your logo, your colours and real text in the PDF — so a printer renders type rather than a blurry picture of type.
No card required. You only pay if you download.
The right size, exactly
3.5 × 2 inches, set in the PDF itself rather than left for a printer to guess at.
Your logo or your face
Upload either and it appears on whichever design you have applied — every card template has a slot, falling back to your monogram.
Text, not a picture
The PDF holds real text. Print shops prefer it and it stays sharp at any size.
Templates
Eight cards, sized for a print shop.
Write it once and change the design whenever you like — what you typed never moves.
What belongs on a business card
A card has room for about seven lines before it looks crowded. Name, what you do, and the two ways you most want to be contacted are the core; everything after that is competing for the same space. A QR code to your published resume or portfolio often replaces three lines of URLs.
Leave off what you would not want a stranger to have. A card gets handed to people you have just met, and a home address on one is a decision worth making deliberately.
- Name, and the title that means something to the person receiving it.
- One phone number and one email — not three of each.
- A logo or monogram, which is what makes the card recognisable later.
- A short line saying what you do, if your title does not say it.
- Leave the back blank or use it for one message; a busy reverse looks cheap.
Getting it printed
Download the PDF and send it to any print shop or online printer. Because the page size is set inside the file, you will not get the "scale to fit" problem that turns a card design into an oddly-margined rectangle.
If your printer asks for bleed, tell them the file is trim-size — most will handle it, and the designs keep their content clear of the edges so a small trim variance does not cut anything off.
Common questions
What size are the cards?
3.5 × 2 inches, the standard size in India, the US and most of Asia. The size is written into the PDF, so printers do not have to guess or rescale.
Can I put my company logo on it?
Yes — upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP and it appears on the card. Every business card template has a slot for it, and if you do not upload one, the templates that would have shown it use your initials instead.
Can I get them printed through Presentro?
No, we do not print. You download a print-ready PDF and take it to whichever printer you prefer, which is almost always cheaper than a bundled printing service and lets you choose your own stock.
How much does it cost?
Building is free — every template, every section, the AI features and the preview. You pay only to download: a pass from ₹49 unlocks every document in its category for 30 days, or All Access at ₹199 unlocks everything. One payment; nothing renews automatically.
