The standard invitation trim, set inside the PDF so a print shop reproduces it exactly.

Save-the-date with a photo

Photo templates print your picture across the top half; the typographic ones keep it purely typeset.

Festive traditional

What goes on the card

An invitation answers four questions and should not take long doing it: who is getting married, when, where, and how to reply. The hosting line — traditionally the parents, increasingly the couple — sets the tone before anyone reads a word of it.

Details that would crowd the card belong on a small insert or a webpage: directions, accommodation, gift preferences, the full schedule. Keep the invitation itself to the four questions and it will look considered rather than crowded.

  • The hosting line: "Together with their families", or the parents named.
  • The names, set as the largest thing on the card.
  • Date, time and venue, in words rather than digits where the design suits it.
  • How and by when to reply.
  • Dress code, if there is one worth naming.

Ordering and printing

Download the PDF and take it to a printer. Card stock heavier than about 250gsm is what makes an invitation feel like an invitation, and it costs very little more.

Order about 15% more than your guest count. Cards get damaged, people get added, and a second print run for eight cards costs almost as much as the first.

Common questions

What size are the invitations?

5 × 7 inches, the standard invitation and save-the-date trim, which fits the envelopes every stationer stocks. The size is set inside the PDF.

Will the AI invent details about our wedding?

No. It writes the connective wording — the invitation line, the message — from the names, dates and places you supply, and it is prevented from adding a venue, a date or a name you did not give it. A blank is left blank rather than filled with a guess.

Can we use our own photo?

Yes. Upload it and the save-the-date templates print it across the top half of the card. If the design you have chosen has no photo slot, the editor tells you and offers one that does.

How much does it cost?

Building is free — every template, every section, the AI features and the preview. You pay only to download: a pass from ₹49 unlocks every document in its category for 30 days, or All Access at ₹199 unlocks everything. One payment; nothing renews automatically.
