Resume templates you can change your mind about

53 designs, and switching between them costs nothing — your resume is stored as structured content, so a new template re-renders the same words rather than asking you to paste them in again.

No card required. You only pay if you download.

53 resume designs

Twelve structural layouts paired with typography and colour, from a plain single column to a sidebar with a portrait.

ATS-safety marked honestly

Every template says whether a parser reads it cleanly. A sidebar can confuse some systems; we tell you that rather than claiming all 53 are equally safe.

Yours to adjust

Ten typefaces, sixteen colour palettes, three spacing densities, and heading treatments — set per document, over any template.

Fonts that print correctly

Templates use type that is already on your machine. A webfont that has not finished loading prints in the wrong face, and that defect is invisible on screen and permanent in the file.

Templates

One resume. Fifty-three designs. Zero retyping.

Write it once and change the design whenever you like — what you typed never moves.

Which template should you use?

For most applications through a company careers page or a job board, a single-column template marked ATS-safe is the right default. It parses cleanly, it reads well, and it puts nothing between your experience and the person reading it.

A sidebar or banner layout is a good choice when the resume goes to a human directly — a referral, a recruiter you have spoken to, a small company with no tracking system — or for design-adjacent roles where the document is part of the argument. In markets where a photo is expected, the portrait templates carry one; in the US and UK, leave it off.

  • Applying at scale through job boards: single column, ATS-safe.
  • Sent directly to a person or a referral: any layout you like.
  • Design, marketing and creative roles: the layouts with visible structure.
  • Academic and research: the quiet serif templates, which take length well.
  • Markets that expect a portrait: the photo templates.

Templates for everything else too

A job search is not only a resume. The same editor and the same export pipeline cover 50 more designs across seven other document types — 9 cover letters, 8 business cards, 7 wedding invitations, 6 event invitations, 7 certificates, 6 greeting cards and 7 posters.

Each type has its own page geometry, so a business card comes out at 3.5 × 2 inches and a certificate at A4 landscape, with the text still selectable in the PDF.

What you get when you download

A print-quality PDF with real selectable text, which is what a tracking system needs to read it and what a printer needs to render it sharply. Resumes also export as a Word file for the agencies that will not take anything else, and any document can be published as a web page at presentro.com/yourname with a printable QR code.

The page breaks are decided before the file is generated, by the same engine that drew the preview — so the download matches what you approved, rather than whatever the browser felt like doing with your last paragraph.

Common questions

Can I switch template after I have written everything?

Yes, and that is the point of the way content is stored. Your resume is structured data, not formatting, so a different template renders the same content in a different design. If you have already paid for a download, re-downloading after a template change is free within your access window.

Are these templates ATS-friendly?

The single-column ones are, and each template says so on its card. Layouts with a sidebar put two columns of text next to each other, which some parsers read straight across — we mark those rather than pretending the distinction does not exist.

Can I change the colours and fonts?

Yes. Ten typefaces, sixteen palettes and three spacing densities, all changeable per document on top of whatever template you picked. Your choices are stored with the document, so the preview and the exported PDF always agree.

How much does it cost?

Building is free — every template, every section, the AI features and the preview. You pay only to download: a pass from ₹49 unlocks every document in its category for 30 days, or All Access at ₹199 unlocks everything. One payment; nothing renews automatically.
