Terms of Service

These terms are between you and KORLAGONDI VISHWANATH, an individual trading as Presentro (“we”, “us”), and they govern your use of Presentro at presentro.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian hold the account for you.

Presentro is a tool for building documents — resumes, cover letters, business cards, invitations, certificates, greeting cards and posters — and exporting them as print-quality files.

We provide the tool. We do not provide career advice, and we do not promise any outcome from using it. A resume built here may or may not get you an interview; that depends on your experience, the role, and the person reading it.

• Give a real email address. It is how we send your files and how you recover access.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing an account means sharing every document in it.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access — “sign out everywhere” on your account page ends every session immediately.

Everything you write or upload is yours. We claim no ownership of your resume, your cover letter, your photos, or anything else you put into a document.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, render it into the templates you pick, generate the files you export, send those files to you, send the relevant part to our AI provider when you press an AI button, and publish a document to a public link if you ask us to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your documents to train models, we do not show them to other users, and we do not read them except where you have asked for support and given us permission.

Do not use Presentro to:

• Impersonate someone else, or build a document that misrepresents who you are — a resume claiming a qualification you do not hold is fraud, whichever tool typed it.
• Produce forged certificates, fake credentials, counterfeit identity documents, or anything designed to pass as a record it is not.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, including photographs and logos belonging to other people.
• Publish content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Attack the service — automated scraping, credential stuffing, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, or circumventing rate limits and payment.
• Resell or white-label the service, or use it to operate a competing document-generation service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your work first.

AI features are assistive. They suggest wording; you decide what goes on the page. Every suggestion is shown to you and applied only when you accept it.

We build the AI to work from what you give it and refuse to invent facts, and we check its output for figures and names that were not in your input before we show it to you. It is still a language model, and it can be wrong. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in a document you send — read it before you use it.

Fair use applies: AI requests are rate limited per account. Automated or high-volume use beyond ordinary personal use may be throttled.

Building documents is free. You pay only to download, and you can see the finished document before you decide.

Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed term. Nothing renews automatically and no payment instrument is stored; if you want more time you buy more time, and buying a pass you already hold adds its days to what is left rather than replacing it. When a pass ends, its downloads stop; your documents, your editing and any page you have published are unaffected. AI credits, interviews and voice time are fair-use allowances for the term and do not carry over.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never receive your card or UPI credentials. We may change prices, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work to keep Presentro available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third parties — payments, email and AI — that can have outages of their own.

If a paid download fails because of a fault on our side, tell us and we will fix it or refund it. That is covered in the refund policy.

The Presentro software, templates, designs, and brand are ours. Using the service gives you the right to use the templates to produce your own documents, and to do whatever you like with the documents you produce — including using them commercially. It does not give you the right to copy the templates themselves, redistribute them, or build a competing product from them.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost opportunities, lost job offers, or lost profits.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹1,000.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You can stop at any time by deleting your account from the account page. That deletes your documents and files; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed. Export anything you want to keep first — we cannot recover it afterwards.

We can close an account that breaks these terms. If we close yours without cause and you hold unused paid access, we will refund the unused part.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email account holders before it takes effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
