Event invitation maker

Six designs for the things a wedding card does not cover — birthdays, launches, housewarmings, retirements, a dinner worth doing properly. Give it the date, the place and the reason, and it writes the rest.

No card required. You only pay if you download.

One date, everywhere it appears

The date and time are entered once and every line on the card derives from them, so a card cannot say 5pm in one place and 5am in another.

An RSVP people can act on

A phone number becomes a tap-to-call link in the PDF and a web address becomes a real hyperlink, so a guest reading it on a phone can reply without retyping anything.

A running order, if it needs one

Drinks at seven, dinner at eight, speeches after. Add as many lines as the evening has, or leave the section out entirely.

Templates

Six invitations. Same evening, six ways.

Write it once and change the design whenever you like — what you typed never moves.

What an invitation has to answer

An invitation exists to get someone to turn up, which makes it a practical document before it is a decorative one. Four things decide whether that happens: what the occasion is, when it starts, where it is, and how to say yes. Everything else is atmosphere.

The most common mistake is burying the time. A guest reading on a phone, half-listening to something else, should be able to find the date and the start time without reading a sentence — which is why every design here sets them apart from the prose rather than inside it.

  • The occasion, named plainly — a fortieth, a launch, a housewarming.
  • Date and start time, with an end time if people need to plan around it.
  • The venue, with enough address to put into a map.
  • How to reply, and by when.
  • Anything a guest must bring or know: dress code, parking, whether children are invited.

Sending it, printing it, or both

Most event invitations are now sent rather than posted. The PDF is sized for the card it would have been, so it reads correctly on a phone and prints correctly if you decide to have some made.

If you are sending it on WhatsApp, send the PDF rather than a screenshot: the links stay live, the text stays sharp when someone zooms, and it does not arrive compressed into something illegible.

Common questions

How is this different from the wedding invitation maker?

Same editor, different designs and different wording. Wedding cards are built around a hosting line and two names; these are built around an occasion, a start time and an RSVP. If you are planning a wedding, the wedding maker is the one you want.

Can guests reply by tapping the card?

Yes. A phone number becomes a tap-to-call link and a web address becomes a clickable hyperlink inside the PDF, so someone reading on a phone can reply in one tap rather than copying the number out.

Will the AI make up details about my event?

No. It writes the connective wording from the details you supply — the occasion, date, place and reason — and it is prevented from inventing a venue, a time or a name you did not give it. A blank stays blank rather than being filled with a guess.

How much does it cost?

Building is free — every template, every section, the AI features and the preview. You pay only to download: a pass from ₹49 unlocks every document in its category for 30 days, or All Access at ₹199 unlocks everything. One payment; nothing renews automatically.
