Certificate maker
Seven certificate designs at A4 landscape, with your organisation's logo, up to four signatories and a reference number — for courses, competitions, recognition and completion.
No card required. You only pay if you download.
Landscape, as a certificate should be
A4 landscape is set in the PDF. A portrait certificate reads as a mistake before anyone reads the words.
Your logo above the title
Upload a logo or a seal and every certificate design prints it at the head of the page.
Signatories and a reference
Up to four signature blocks with names and titles, and a small reference or serial for verification.
Templates
Seven certificates, laid out to be framed.
Write it once and change the design whenever you like — what you typed never moves.
What a certificate needs to say
A certificate that will be framed or attached to an application needs to be precise: what was achieved, by whom, awarded by which organisation, and when. The reason line is the part people rush and the part that matters — "for outstanding performance" is a template, while "for leading the migration of 4,000 test cases to an automated suite" is a record.
A reference or serial number is worth adding even for internal awards. It is what makes verification possible later, and it takes one field.
- A title that names the kind of award.
- The recipient's full name, spelled the way they spell it.
- What it recognises, specifically, in one sentence.
- The issuing organisation and the date.
- Signatures with names and titles under them.
- A reference number, printed small.
Issuing several at once
For a cohort, build one certificate, then duplicate it and change the name and reason for each recipient. A duplicate copies the design, the logo and the wording, so each new one is a two-field edit.
The unlimited plan is usually the sensible choice for more than two certificates, since it covers every document in the account for a year.
Common questions
What size and orientation are the certificates?
A4 landscape — 297 × 210mm — which is what certificate frames and print shops expect. It is set inside the PDF, so it prints correctly without anyone adjusting anything.
Can I add my organisation’s logo and a seal?
Yes. Upload one image and every certificate template prints it above the title. Signatures are separate: up to four blocks with a name and title under each.
Can I make certificates for a whole batch?
Yes, by duplicating. Build the first one, duplicate it per recipient, and change the name and the reason. There is no CSV import yet, so a batch of two hundred would be tedious — a batch of twenty is a few minutes.
How much does it cost?
Building is free — every template, every section, the AI features and the preview. You pay only to download: a pass from ₹49 unlocks every document in its category for 30 days, or All Access at ₹199 unlocks everything. One payment; nothing renews automatically.
