Questions about paying
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. You can build any document, see it finished at print size, publish it as a shareable web page, collect replies, use 20 AI credits every 30 days, try the voice assistant with a free sample, and do a minute of a real mock interview. You pay when you want the file to print or send.
What does a pass cover?
Everything in its category for 30 days: every document of that kind you have made and every one you make while it runs — download, edit and download again as often as you like. A Certificates pass is not one certificate; it is all of them. All Access is every category, including any we add while your pass runs.
I bought a pass. Do I pay full price for All Access?
No. Within 7 days of buying a pass, it counts toward All Access — you pay the difference, and the price you see at checkout already includes it.
Does anything renew automatically?
No — nothing does, and there is nothing to cancel. Every purchase is a single payment. A pass runs for its term and then simply ends. We do not store a mandate and we cannot charge you again without you deciding to buy again.
What happens when my pass ends?
Downloads for that category stop; everything else carries on — your documents, your templates, your editing, and any page you have published stays live. Files you already downloaded are yours. Buying the same pass again adds its days to whatever is left, so renewing early never costs you days you already paid for.
What is an AI credit?
What the AI does for you uses credits: rewriting a line, writing a section, scoring or importing a resume, or a turn of the assistant. Bigger jobs count for more than quick ones, because they cost more to run. Editing, changing template, previewing, publishing and downloading never use them, and neither do the mock interviews a pass includes.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
The AI pauses; nothing else does. Your document is untouched and you can keep writing, switch templates, preview and download. Credits renew every 30 days while a pass runs, and All Access includes the most.
What payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking, through Razorpay. Your card and UPI details are entered on their form and never reach our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the product did not do what it said it would — a failed export, a double charge, or access you paid for and did not receive. We also refund a pass within 7 days if you have not downloaded anything with it. Full details are in our refund policy.
Is the PDF actually good enough to send?
It is real, selectable text at print quality, not an image of a page — which is what applicant tracking systems need to read it. The page breaks are decided before the file is generated, so the download matches the preview exactly.
